Truly beautiful route. Lots of ferries. Stop for a night on Vega island. little to no traffic even in summer
Beautiful valley with fruit orchards before a nice climb over the mountain and a decent. One long tunnel
Amazing coastal roads with fjordcrossings aplenty
4 days in Norway. Mostly fun, curvy and beautiful roads with variation.
Flott tur med svært variert veg. Alt frå sving i sving i skogen til lange beinstrekk og 'høgfjell' Mindre deler av vegen nyt ein best på endurosykkel. Men det aller meste vil eg tru er kjekt for dei aller fleste
Great curvy road
Great alternative to boring E18 (most of the way)
A nice roundtrip
The Southern part is not all that exciting, but the rest is great. Should be mandatory instead of E18
Combine With Rv362 for a much better (more fun, much less traffic) alternative than E134
Great alternative when travelling between Gol and Hemsedal
Good alternative when travelling from Gol to Hemsedal
If you need a good place to stay or a better lunch, drop by Storefjell høyfjellshotel just off the route.
Beware of Wildlife!
I like this route. Lot of very nice parts and mounten crossing. Not Winter open. Many detours around the tunnels during summertime.
Start off with nice curves to Eresfjord. Spectacular road along Eikesdalsvannet (quite some tunnels) leading to fantastic Eikesdalen with the waterfall Mardøla. Extreme climb making Trollstigen look pale with nice scenery over the mountain (gravel road). Trip down Litldalen to Sunndalsøra is also stunning.
Short, but nice divertion when driving 21 northbound towards Skotterud.
Hei
Very good route with nice corners and a beautiful scenery, very popular amongst riders and you will meet a lot of them on the way. To go back home either follow the route and do high speed back or turn around at Tusenfryd and take the way you came back.
