This is one of the lesser traveled routes up to Nederland and one of the best. I like riding this one up and then come down Golden Gate Canyon Rd with a coffee and sweet roll in between. Some great vistas, good variety of terrain and curves. Road is generally in good to excellent condition and there is very little other than some local traffic. Great loop for a day ride out of Denver.
