This is an interesting little road that follows the canal/dyke between Littleport and Denver which I use to change from the boredom of the A10. As you ride towards the roundabout of the A10 towards the A1101, there is a left hand turn just before the roundabout which is the start of the Ten Mile Bank. It is mainly single track and because it is on the Fenns the tarmac undulates in all directions creating ridges with cambers and counter cambers. There is not that much traffic on it but what there is is mainly agricultural so quite a varied selection and size of earth, stones, mud can be found on it. It has a couple of hump back bridges with blind crests and blind corners, one of which if you miss there is a good chance of getting rather wet ;o). The road will test every element of your suspension, sense of balance and bike control. When you get to the other end you will be glad to get back on the A10. Thoroughly enjoyed it and went along it on the way back home in the dark just for the fun.
