This route has everything, twisty section after leaving Darlington which opens up after crossing the B6275 (be careful here). There is a couple of tight bends as you approach Staindrop then leave the village and open her up on a very fast open section. Then join the B6282 as it winds its way into Middleton in Teesdale. After a brief rest and a nice cuppa pick any road out of the village as they are all good.
