Beautifully coastal scenery. Great tight corners specially near tindari.
Destroyed rural route. Sometimes there are parts missing, sometimes there are huge potholes. It's like natural supermoto race track. Lot of fun for me, but you need to be careful and I guess not for street bikes
Beautiful volcanic black rock and sand landscape. Lovely corners but road surface quite badly damaged in places. Can be very busy in high season so best avoided then.
Best road ever for riding. Alps are nice but I'm not kidding, this is something extra. It was hardest race of the World(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Targa_Florio) and it is really hard track to ride. Be prepared for nice pavement, except closed road(you can use them anyway, same as locals), flushed down and missing road(sometimes missing half of the road, sometimes is road suddenly half meter down). Scenery is really beautiful. Except one straight there are mostly curves, curves and more curves. This is the only pavement road that I was physically tired at the end. I suggest you to drive some supermotard or funbike and it'll be hard to wipe that smirk out of your face at the end...
It's quite sad that nobody is promoting this in the same way as Grossglocknerstrasse or Nordschleife
Good scenic route, Greek ruins along the way
Short and sharply rising section rising over 1000m!
Tight little adjacent section to the route already shown here.
Similarly scenic to other road in this area but much less tight so better suited to those who like to get a move on. Enjoy rivers and crazy italian drivers with a smile and the sun.
Flowing up and down as it twists from the film famous Corleone down to the sea at Agrigento, this lovely road is great fun.
Wonderful provincial road with lots of corners and nice scenes including some nice castles and churches to visit (if youre interested in such things)
I think I might have already entered another section of this road but in fact the complete length of this varied and beautiful road is very noteworthy, with a great selection of scenes, nice curves and even some straighter bits for the speed nuts make this one road a very nice trip.
Climbing to nearly 1600m, this twisty mountain road is relatively quiet and has many nice corners as you would like on such an Italian pass :) Trying to race along with locals may end in a mishap though, so take care!
Lovely road in a beautiful landscape, many nice and different types of corners well suited to different types of riding.
Nice moto road with good coastal views in places
Beautiful views of the coast, and a nice road for motos
Excellent Sicilian landscapes, loads of corners and great fun!
From the base of Mount Etna, the SS185 winds its way down to the coast through secluded villages. It gets rather narrow at times but its still an enjoyable ride.
Cross Sicily from Mount Etna to Palermo on the old main road. Great scenery and fantastic towns. Can get a little remote in the middle.
