Was an early August ride yet traffic was quite light, kind of expexted more tourists although it was fairly busy around the Stanley area
A nice loop thatll give you a bit of everything. East side of lake of the woods has excellent scenery and nice twisties
Did this at the end of June so the traffic got heavier as you got closer to the coast but overall was another fun blast on a 4000km+ ride around Europe
Pure hillclimbing libido: a "must" for all the locals! Beginning from the age of 14 with a "tuned" Vespa 50cc. until adulthood with a ZRX it always gave me an infinite pleasure! Don't forget to read the graffitis on the walls and look at the vineyards and the lake when you come down! Avoid Saturday afternoon when the local bored cops come up to see who's racing...
A mix of everything from cobblestone to nice asphalt. Leaving Gallipoli is a mix of low rock and beaches. Climbing and getting twist as you go South, From the bottom back up the East coast is beautiful cliffs and winding roads.
This is an awesome piece of road. It's not Beartooth Pass but it's in the area and if you're heading to Cody you ought to get off the slab and hit Hwy 16. We hit this one riding west from the Black Hills. The surface is good, the curves are numerous and the scenery is great all through Big Horn National Park. the canyon at the west end is terrific! Highly recommended!
