Hellbender plus portions of other roads
Amazing road with lots of great twisties. The seven mile stretch spanning the state line with West Virginia rivals the "Tail of the Dragon" for twisties. The road condition is mostly excellent.
rte 16 from 64 to 52
Enjoyable mix of flat straights, flowing sweepers and some tighter turns and nice places to stop. Very nice northbound Interstate alternative
A really nice twisty road that can be a bit hairy because of the large coal trucks that travel around it. If there are none around its great.
Sweeping curves and river views broken up with a section of tighter turns.
Excellent ride with nice selection of corners. Road can be dirty if there has been bad weather, otherwise pretty ok.
This road is quite long and has sweeping or twisty curves almost all the way along as it wiggles north. A really nice way to tour north.
Mostly well surfaced with many curves (good mix sweepers and some tighter turns) and nice mountain views, who can argue with that :)
Vert nice scenic road with lots of different types of turns and some nice like straight bits. Surface mostly good, nice run
A pleasant road with some nice corners in the area of the Jefferson National Park
Loads of twists and turns through the Blue Grass Valley and past the Monterey mountains.
Without doubt one of Virginia's best motorcycling roads. It has hills, valleys, sections cut out of the mountain and Rockbridge baths. Check it out if you haven't already.
Not a lot of traffic and some great banked corners that keep coming.
