Leaving Werribee heading towards Balliang you cover some nice straight roads, over the bridge that was in Mad Max II, get some nice speed up, occasional kangaroos, no coppers, odd red necks in utes. Turn left towards lara, then quick right onto granite road, a very nice twisty road, great scenery with a touch of bush, then onto the Brisbane Ranges park for more nice roads, lotsa bends, occasional copper, mostly tourists. At Mt. Wallace hang a right, head into the bush. There is gravel road for around 3 kms, but the surface is good and without many holes, then some serious twisties, blind corners etc. At the end of that, head back towards Werribee via Ballan road, great view of Melbourne and back home. A ride with lots of variety of scenery and surface, so close to Werribee, so much to see. A+
