A bit narrow but good surface and very scenic with lots of nice curves in a beautiful area, no towns or villages just unspoilt forest, highly recommended. Ridden on a Monday afternoon, so I imagine that at weekends that it might be popular with tourists
Absolutely stunning piece of coast road - not a single straight section. The road twists and turns its way along the Costa Brava coast for 13 miles, and at the end you'll want to turn back and do it all over again. Loads of places to stop and take in the scenery, lovely smooth tarmac, and if you do it on a summer's evening no traffic. Bumped into another Brit biker who said it was more fun than the Nurburgring!!
Absolutely stunning piece of road - one of the best I've ridden anywhere in Europe. Classis mountain twisties, smooth tarmac, no traffic. It's hard to pick out one stretch of the N260/N152 route across the pyrenees as being the'best', but this is probably my favourite of the lot. You can really open up a big sports bike along here, but make sure your brakes are up to the job - they'll take a real hammering on the downhills.
Good roads in the Netherlands are very hard to come by it seems, This stretch is pretty good, therefore making it worth a mention, the road is quite narrow and the route is broken up with some residential sections, but there are some nice corners to be had and it's very easy to get to from the main A2 highway. I noticed a bit of mud in places but there was some construction works so not sure if this is a permanent feature. Stop and look at the arty moment to the Dutch sailors of World War 2 en route.
Excellent piece of road with stunning views. Some hairpins quite sharp on the Italian side. It's a toll road - 8 euros for a bike.
