Some exceptional corners in the river canyon. Better to continue south to Seneca, maybe loop east, than take 63 to the west as it is brutally boring.
Nice road in grazing / farm land, some real nice corners on the north end. A real character pumping gas in Mitchell too.
Twisty and scenic road - rock formations, the site of the first terrorist attack in the US at Antelope, nice farmland and glorious corners. Gas & some chow at Shaniko. Good pavement, light traffic, have yet to see a cop on it, some deer potential at dusk. Fast.
Beautiful road - mountains, streams, trees, picnic spots, waterfall hikes, elk and deer! And tourists, buses, cops and 70kph speed limit for most of it. Maybe if you go early in the day midweek??
Great road for Alberta! Some nice corners but generally highish speed - 120kph+. Decent shape as of 2012 but can develop potholes and rough sections quickly. Indian reserve land for a good bit so watch for Indian pedestrians and drunk drivers and no shoulders while in the reserve, which is the absolute worst section not to have them. Nice grouping of 3-4 130kph corners just west of Nakoda Lake resort.
