A2 / A20 : Bexleyheath - Maidstone (United Kingdom)January 1, 2011Just tried this route today; basically the London road to Maidenstone with a double back to start with. Lovely road with some nice pubs for lunch. Weather was awful, spitting down with rain on the way back, but heated gear and handlebars made a great difference ;-) Being my first experience of any routes of this website, the route was very good, but getting the directions out of this website was really difficult. I guess most people use a Garmin or TomTom, but Im using Google Maps on Android phone, and having installed the relevant app it would be better if the route automatically loaded into the phone. Perhaps Im missing a trick here, being new. In short, Id say this is a great starter route; a good opportunity to test your kit without going too far, and easy to branch off and modify. Best wishes to all, Gavin |
