Great scenery and nice dips, corners and straights, some hazardous side roads that you should watch out for but not loads of traffic here so it's normally not too dangerous.

Section from Ripon has too many straights, but why stop at the top of Greenhow? The continuation on to Grassington is better. Down past Grimwith and across Devil's Bridge (another one?) gives much more fun. Grassington is slow in and out, but have a brew here and return from whence you came, at least it makes a bit of a ride out.

I agree with the comments from Pete. This route gets really interesting from Pately Bridge past Greenhow Hill and on to Grassington. I will enter this as a seperate route with a couple of suggested diversions to combine nicely with this section.
