Rode this road September 2011, absolutely fantastic. The surface is very good with lots of smooth medium fast corners . Watch out for the oncoming Croatian drivers, they seem to like straddling the white line on blind corners !!!!!!!!

A very special ride!

On the way you can visit the Rab island by boarding a ferry. Stop to swim these turquoise waters and visit the old town of Rab. Be careful not to leave the island too late otherwise you will find yourself riding most of the route at night which has an infinite number of hairpins. In fact I enjoyed every bit of it, total darkness, no one on the road and the first town is far. In the last part, on the way to Zadar, don't take the highway pass over the bridge and speed up these nice straights.

Route for all type of drivers and all type of bikes. There is continuosly sightseen towards to Adriatic see and lots of islands. Best period to ride a tour is spring or autumn.
